North Cyprus Wildflowers
If you are a big fan of all types of wild flowers and a great nature lover, then you mustn’t miss out on a North Cyprus holiday during the spring season, as it possible to spot cyclamens, anemones, narcissi and wild tulips scattered all over the fields and mountains. It is possible to see many different species of birds, mouflons which are the wild and shy variety of sheep, and wild donkeys to name just a few. North Cyprus is very aware that the wildlife of this beautiful island must be protected, and as a result the two species of sea turtles which visit the islands shores to lay their eggs are under strict protection.
